"Great place but the manager is a absolute Hypocrite! Everytime something happens in my apartment the manager comes up with an excuse and extends the date. Like my stove broke and she makes up some stupid excuse. She seriously gets paid to smoke 6 packs of cigarettes a day in the parking lot. Like get a life and help your residents. Bring back old managers."

"Horrendous place to live. The management/staff does their best but the buildings are trash. No AC. Homeless walking around all day and breaking into cars. Train is loud and shakes the windows. No W/D.......the list goes on and on. Just gross."

"EDIT: This is from 2014 and probably not representing the current state of things. PROS - Great rate considering the area - probably best in the area. Management is friendly, helpful and personable. Problems are handled quickly Service men are polite quick and keep things clean. Facilities on site are well maintained and worth using Upkeep on landscape and building is frequent and pleasant Don't pay for Gas Pet friendly CONS - Layout of space/apartments fosters bad neighbors to be very annoying (chose location carefully) No Central AC and wall ac unit is energy hog for its capacity Hard Water Cheap apartments mean cheap amenities OVERALL - AMAZING for budget conscience or starter apartments (like us). Management has simply been amazing so be sure to befriend them because they have been extremely helpful. NOTE: You don't notice the train after third night. Also, ignore reviews below"

"This place is TERRIBLE! everything is wicked cheap, and it something breaks, don’t expect to get a fixed quickly. Since I have been here, my dishwasher, AC, and entire breaker panel has broken! It took, both the AC and dishwasher over a week to fix! Maintenance that is supposed to take an hour, takes all day or more! I was without water for almost 2 days! Also, despite the designated dog area, there is dog poop everywhere! The girls in the office are super nice, and they work really hard, but they have nothing backing them up! I would never live here again, and I would never recommend it to anyone!"

"Just want to start off stating we almost didnt move here because of bad reviews. Yes the no central a/c is an issue. In the 2 bedrooms I personally need to use a portable ac unit because it gets hot back there. If you plan on living comfortably your electric bill will be more exspensive. Yes you can always open all the windows because it is a pretty quiet complex. Also it is a older complex so the issues I have with the complex aren't a surprise. The major complaint I have is people not picking up after there dogs. Parking is fine. People are friendly. Staff is great. I have no issue with bugs which is nice. Some spiders but nothing crazy and I hate spiders. Just to reiterate dont make your decision based on all the bad reviews. I hope this was helpful."
