Aikido Central Coast is a health institution located at 1199 Los Osos Valley Road in Baywood-Los Osos, California, United States. Established in 2012 by a group of Aikido instructors, our dojo offers traditional and innovative Aikido classes for the Central Coast community. Students from San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Atascadero, Morro Bay, and Paso Robles come to train with us. Our instructors demonstrate principle-based techniques, and students practice under their supervision, gaining confidence and proficiency in Aikido. We incorporate weapons training with the bokken, jo, and tanto to enhance posture, focus, and execution of non-weapons movements. Our senior instructors have years of teaching experience and train alongside students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
