"I had my dental implant back in 2017 and thought I would have it for my lifetime. Sadly, I was told that I need to remove it now and redo the implant. Considering the fact that it took the dentist so much struggle to put in the implant originally back in 2017, I already started to feel skeptical about how long it would last. It turns out my doubt eventually comes true. This dental place has a history of keeping patients wait for hours. One time I got so mad for the long wait that the customer service gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card. Thanks god, my hours only worth $5! What a joke! Now I need to pay another $2,500 to remove it and another $2,500 to put a new implant. The biggest mistake I have ever made! Worse, the customer service now avoids answering my call until I call her with a different number. I have hence decided not to proceed my next dental surgery with them to prevent another disaster! Definitely NOT recommended!"
