"I want to let everyone know that my experience w the beautiful phenomenal caring staff and my phenomenal Caring Awesomeness Dentist .Dr.Kan ❤️ This Has been the most amazing WONDERFUL experience I’ve EVER!!! Dr.Kan made me feel like I mattered. I walked out of this dentist office w a a beautiful smile and feeling so uplifted and so beautiful. Everyone explained the procedure and gave me options when other dental offices never did. It is Financially affordable ❤️ And when I say they are willing to work w our people to make sure we have beautiful smiles.they gave me options for me as a low income mother.❤️ Yes!! They are that phenomenal ❤️ They are so welcoming. If u don’t believe me. You come and try it out for yourself. This is my spot and my family’s favorite dentistry ❤️"

"The dentist lacked professionalism and wasn’t personable. I expressed she was being rough but it seemed to make her act more aggressively. When I left, I had to pick out pieces of my gums from between my teeth. I also had abrasive spots and bleeding on the inside of my cheeks. I researched how this procedure should have gone for slight plaque removal and it’s clear she used too much force. If I’m wrong in that assessment, she had the opportunity to educate me when I expressed she was being too rough; yet, she ignored me. When she finished she left without saying a word. She and the tech discussed personal matters over me while doing the work. I felt like there was a lack of regard and respect for me as a patient. I would hope patients receiving free care would be treated better but I definitely don’t think the way I was treated was appropriate for a paid service. While she is capable of performing the dental task, I question whether she has the capacity for customer service and care."

"Dr. Jessica Kang has a great bed side manor. She was able to bring my anxiety level down to almost none. The work was done in a timely manner. As I am now 65 my upper front teeth have now opened up gaps. Dr. Kang has given me options to consider. I will return to have this done in the near future. Great experience overall."

"I had a excellent experience everyone was so nice and professional. My Dentist Ms Jessica Kang was wonderful and she did a great job on my teeth. I was so nervous but she help calm me down. I highly recommend her and her staff. They even worked with me on my down payment. So glad I found Assure Dental they changed my smile for the better. I am way more confident. "I came into the office for a cleaning, I was a bit nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and attentive, I had my son with me and they were nice and kept an eye on him while I had my treatment done. The Doctor and Assistant were very nice and explained in detail the treatment I needed. They made me feel right at home. Definitely recommending this practice to family and friends.
