Cornelius, the theater was later acquired by the Fox West Coast Theatres Chain in 1930 and underwent a major renovation in 1935 by architect Alexander A. Cantin. The interior was redesigned in the Skouras style by architect Carl G. Moeller in 1949. The theater was purchased by the Martin Family in 1975 and later sold to Anthony Lane-Cotroneo in 2007.
