"If there was a way to leave NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! I found this dentist office through Delta Dental, and they stated they were taking new patients. I spoke with someone and setup an appointment for the Rancho location, and confirmed the appointment for a Monday at 3pm. They even texted me to "confirm" the appointment the Wednesday prior. I leave work early and get to my appointment on time, only to find out NO ONE IS THERE. The office door was locked, dark and empty. I call several times, NO ONE ANSWERED. Finally 15 minutes later, someone calls me back and tells me "oh, sorry. The Doctor had an emergency today." If that's the case, that's fine, but you should notify your patients and appointments so they don't have to waste time and gas. She says "I'm sorry, I'm sure the Doctor will compensate you". How? Anyways, I schedule a new appointment. Earliest available appointment is on a Sunday at 11am, that same week. Same office. I show up on Sunday, and again… NO ONE IS AT THE OFFICE. Called for 30 minutes straight, no answer. Called BOTH their Glendale and Rancho Cucamonga offices, and the generic number they use to "confirm" appointments. NO ONE ANSWERING. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, GAS AND ENERGY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I never even stepped foot into their building, and had a terrible experience. These people have no idea how to be accountable."

"Worst experience! I had to file a grievance with my insurance provider. They agreed with me, borderline patient abandoment, unethical treatment and not following insurance protocol. Insurance provider recommended Dr Nario to refund me well over $1,000. I had to dispute 2 claims on credit card to get some money back. Nario owes me $500 but refuses to return calls and letters. AVOID THIS DENTIST!"

I rarely go out of my way to write reviews but this time I felt I must. Her staff is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all professional.
