"I just want to say that in all my life going to a dentist, I have never felt so comfortable being in that seat next to all the tools some dread. Dr.Desai and her assistant understand what customer care and customer service really is. I went in for a crown implant, and part of that procedure involved grinding away at the old filament to refill it again for new implant. I have experienced in other dentistries painful local anesthetic injections where the first and even second injection did not work and a third injection of local anesthetic was needed. This was excruciating pain as I would feel the local anesthetic kick in. However, with Dr. Desai I felt no pain whatsoever; she took great care of my tooth and provided great and useful information on what was actually happening with the pareciste being done. If I can give Dr. Desai and her clinic a 10 star I would! Great doctor who really knows what customer care and service really are. Hard to find nowadays with people always being in a rush. I highly recommend anyone who wants great customer care, straightforward answers, and just an all around great experience at a dentist to visit Dr. Desai’s office! Thank you Dr. Desai!
