"The move-in experience here was very easy. Shane in the leasing office was kind and answered all of my questions. The facilities are clean and the amenities are solid. It's a convenient area to live with lots of different stores and the 101 within a five minute drive. If you're looking for a lower-rent apartment in the area, this is a great option."

"This is a photo of the building. I emailed this image to the management team but they did not reply. I recognized one of the reviewers who praised this place, but I also saw them complaining about the manager. I doubt the authenticity of the positive reviews. I would rate the manager zero stars if I could. The parking situation here is terrible for residents. There are no designated spots and it is impossible to find one after 8 pm. The gates are always open and broken. The management does not care about the residents or their complaints.we requested a mold test after there was some problem in our apartment, but the manager ignored our request and did not take any action. we did it ourselves and paid for it out of our own pocket. Homeless people can enter the community, and use the jacuzzi ( I saw it with my eyes). Personal trainers from outside the community can use the gym. There is no security guard or camera in the community. The only thing that works here is the maintenance team."

"The are pros and cons in this community: Pros: 1) clean area 2) you don't need to drive that much as everything is around to reach out 3) nice pool and jacuzzi 4) the Apt. room are bright and big enough 5) It is a secure area in woodland hills- at least compared to other communities Cons: 1) leasing staff hardly to reach out - even with an appointment - no bells to ring to tel. call possible (always on answering machine) ! 2) Parking lots mostly unavailable after 9PM - i opened severla tickets for this on the APP - as previous neighbours said, 1/3 of cars not permitted to park or have no badges on windshield or both !! the easiest way to fix this , is to assign a parking lot to every resident per Apt.- like another communities do --> problem solved ! for every building a parking lot to be assigned for their residents around the building. Besides my car was damaged TWO times in the parking lot (maybe by homeless or stranger) , as entering the community is very easy , for NO-residents. 3) The pool swimming time is to 10PM but the pool is dark after sunset (even light in it) - have opened ticket on APP but no response. i am an everyday-swimmer , the main reason i chose this eave ! 4) some GYM equipment , like treadmills are out-of-order since 3 months - i mean we pay for those equipment. Not even an info like emailing a deadline for fixing them."

"It's more than a year that I am living in eaves apartment. We have a very beautiful community. I love spending time at the pool or hot tub or on the tennis court. The maintenance people are simply incredible and always do a great job. The only concern I have is that our buildings are not safe & secure. There is no security on site 24/7. They only show up at night and just sit in the office. Anyone can come to the buildings and use the pool, hot tub and park their cars in the parking lot and no one from office will notice it. 2 of My packages were stolen and when I asked help from the office, they advised to file a complaint with the law enforcement. I think office and its management need improvement."

"I loved my time at Eaves, Woodland Hills! I highly recommend this community for families especially. The amenities are kept extremely clean (especially the pool!). The noise level was never an issue, I felt safe and the move-in / move-out process was straight forward. I needed assistance with my move-out process and Matthew Boerner was such a huge help! He was responsive, thorough and very professional. I'm grateful for his help as moving out can be extremely stressful but in this case it was smooth. The only reason I'm leaving the community is to be closer to family."
