"It’s in a very pretty location but the hotel is out dated and there was some kind of protest going on at 7am right in front of the hotel. I arrived in late evening and the room I got smelled, especially the bathroom. Some of the lights didn’t work. The mattress dipped in the middle. Might’ve just been that one room, I don’t know. The breakfast food was good."

"The hotel is in labor dispute with union and loud picketers are outside bldg from early mornings to late evenings. Management unable to do anything to help make stay better. Employees working on site currently support the chaos outside. They are very disturbing. Call there before staying there! Also, hotel location requires the hotel shuttle (free) to get anywhere. Nothing nearby to eat or walk around. Nice marina behind hotel but San Pedro is no place to walk around or be a tourist in. Long Beach is 15 min Uber away and a better choice. The hotel is fine and clean but I'd never stay there or in San Pedro again."

"Hello, I enjoyed my one night here. I was upgraded to a suite due to my Hilton Honors privileges. The living room hàd a mini fridge, microwave, wet bar, chaises, and couch among other things. Great view of the front which included the swimming pool which I didn't know about before I came. Room service right now isn't an option but you can walk down to the restaurant on the 1st floor for food and drinks. The service was great. I had a smash burger and the calamari. Not enough seasoning with the calamari and the sauce was bland. Aside from that, the staff helped on numerous occasions the morning of my checkout. I needed toothpaste and that was provided. There was an ATM where I got $$ for the cruise I was getting on. I also was able to receive change for part of the change I got from the ATM and the complimentary transport to the cruise terminal isn't a bad touch as well. I would definitely visit again but I wish it wasn't so far from LAX."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you like being woken up at 7am because workers are picketing instead of being paid fairly to clean your room. Even before the strike (which is going on 6+ months now) this hotel was gross. Striking workers are claiming labor shortages, which should be apparent as soon as you drive up. This hotel is cut off from the rest of town, and could be nice if they'd put in the investment. Go stay in SP downtown, where you can get a good breakfast, find a cup of coffee, and support local labor (SP is a union town)."

"Don't let the reviews detract from this great hotel. I was really worried based on lots of recent reviews but here was our experience: Common areas - immaculate Restaurant - we had a great burger and chicken Caesar salad. Didn't eat breakfast but they have coffee to go ($4 for a 16oz cup) that was really tasty! Room - comfy bed (a tad soft but we both slept over 8 hours), hot water could have hotter, dinky coffee maker didn't work well. Everything was SUPER clean, smelled wonderful, and the bathroom was great. Split AC unit worked like a champ and was whisper quiet. Location - less than 2 miles to the world cruise center. Easy Lyft ride (note: the hotel offers a free shuttle but the first available time didn't line up with our boarding window). The hotel is LITERALLY on the marina so great views! Staff - everyone was friendly, cookies at check-in were yummy, and morning housekeepers were pleasant. Probably rates a 4.5 but I wouldn't dink them for those minor issues. Would definitely stay again!"
