"Poor management!!! All staff seem to be “on drugs,” slow in response, slow in processing requests, slow in fulfillment. Visited this location, Rm 138, and waited 50 minutes. Provided MRN and the clerk ask “why are you here??” Umm … Hello, this is a pharmacy!!! You want me to order a Hamburger??? Also, Staff kept providing excuses for delayed service; “we lost 1 of your prescription (it was in our system earlier Blah blah blah) we need to call your doctor …,” we are Rushing your order {20 minutes later & still can’t pick up}, another clerk informs us …”oh, it is ER discharge time …”we need to delay your pick up for 60 minutes.” What the Heck??? Another 60 minutes. Just closed this “Circus Tent” down!!! These people do not value your time nor your patronage. Really POOR Customer Service skills. NO status display monitor. 4 previous customers got their prescriptions AND 6 NEW customers also got their prescriptions BUT we still needed to wait. Something is definitely not in order!!! The staff are clueless and careless of your time and needs. I guess it is just a 9 - 5 job for them. Please “Replace this location” with Walgreens OR CVS; I know certainly you don’t have to wait 50 minutes at Walgreens!!! And they don’t loss your order … Terrible Terrible People!!!"

"There are two pharmacies at this Kaiser location. This one is in the Hospital, at 700 Lawrence, Room 138. This is the one you want to go to after hours, because the other one closes with normal business hours. It was empty at 9pm, so service was very fast."

"Kiaser actually has about 4 different pharmacies within its hospital. If you opted to pick up from the 24/7 discharge pharmacy. That one is located within the main hospital building and it’s in room 138 all the way in the back. When I went there was no line and 3 people visibly available including two pharmacists. I was in and out pretty quickly. What I struggled with was finding which pharmacy I was suppose to pick up my prescription from. It would be great if the KP app could tell us the name of the building followed by the room number."
