"I waited 50 minutes to get my covid vaccine shot. It seemed the pharmacist will not come out to give shots until certain number of people are waiting. If this is what they are doing, I think their reservation system needs change. It would have been better to just open maybe about 5 spots for 1 hour time slot than opening appointment time for every 15 minutes."
