I also would like to mention even busy as Erika was, training two new people, answering customers questions and handling all the phone calls she was upbeat and friendly which made shopping at the Sunglass hut a pleasant experience."

"When my son broke his beloved Ray-Bans, the SLO store said they didn't really deal with ordering parts or repairs. After reading a review that recommended the Pismo Outlet store (closer to our house anyway!) we gave that a shot. They were amazing. For $8 they ordered the new bridge, and a week later the amazing Lily spent almost an hour patiently working to repair the glasses (found out when I got home my son had actually superglued the screws in, so, now we know why they were so hard to remove, Lily!!) Best of all, no charge for the repair. I can't say enough good things about Pismo Outlets Sunglass Hut!"

"Love shopping at Sunglass Hut for new style for my collection. This location was nice, clean and I felt very welcome. Mikayla was very delightful and assisted me in viewing a number of selections. She also offered to cleaned the shades I was wearing and did a great job. I was impressed with her customer service skills so much I left to visit other stores but returned before leaving the area to make a purchase to add to my collection. I had to order my selection to be shipped but Mikayla did a good job in making sure my information was correct and verified. Just wanted to give super props to good training from management and application by the staff."

"I have multiple stories I could tell about this location but they have already wasted too much of my time. They tried to pass off a pair of scratched glass as "I thought they were just dirty". They said they would overnight a new pair with a Saturday delivery. Surprise that they didn't show up on Saturday. Come to find out, they do not offer an overnight Saturday delivery. Tried to email someone at a corporate level, but they kept sending me back to the store level. Apparently no one really cares about the type of customer service that Sunglass Hut is providing. I will say that quite possibly they just don't know their own policies. I would hope they didn't really just lie to my face. I am going to lean more towards being unknowledgeable. This in turn provides awful experiences and horrible customer service. If you know you said one thing but your company or computer doesn't let you do what you say, you should find a way to honor what you say. Stand behind your employees words. This review could have gone so different. Would have loved to say that I was given incorrect information, and Sunglass Hut resolved it quickly in my favor. That did not happen."
