"Went in to shop last Sunday. Had a load of clothes to try on and zero employees are on the floor. I had to wait in line for others to ne checked out and then both ladies just bolted. No one asked to help me or greeted me. Not one smile. Tall lady w short hair was super rude. Ignored me like I was a bother. The other lady checked me out, I spent over $300 and accepted a new card. I guess the 2nd lady won for helping me but they were both rude and unhelpful. Hopefully you reach out to me about this or I won't be back. Never got a response so I haven't been back."

"We had to pick up a gift for a family member. We were able to call and place the items on hold prior to our arrival. Staff had what we wanted ready to go and we were in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and the store was well stocked."
"The second I walked in I got help with what I needed. Which was nice because my toddler quickly became upset. Everything was so nice and organized!!! Much better than my home store. At the end our cashier made efforts to talk to my son. The whole experience overall was AMAZING. Thank you for a great start of our trip yesterday."
