Body Works Gym is a health and fitness institution located at 1511 South Main Street in Willits, California. We are committed to helping you achieve your health goals and keeping it real in 2024. Our gym offers a variety of classes, including a lower back and body sculpt class from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., SAL Karate for beginners and advanced students from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m., and advanced training sessions from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. We also offer an invitation-only SAL Karate class from 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. Our gym is proud to host the Mendocino County Sheriff's Youth Activities League (SAL), which provides fun activities and sports for kids in the area. The program offers a range of activities throughout the county, including year-round boxing and karate classes at Body Works Gym in Willits.
