"Dr. said my son needed an X Ray before returning, the office didn't put the order in for one. We were told by one employee that we would need to reschedule because WE didn't get the X-Ray, mind you I can't just walk in somewhere and demand one. Then another said that we need to go regardless. We finally got an X-Ray the day of the appt. Dr. said he needed a CAM boot at the first visit as well and they would order one that day, they did not put an order in for one. We show up for the appointment today and they are so disorganized that they are backed up to the point that people with injuries are sitting/standing in the hallways. In general, everything listed here is unacceptable."
