"It's time for that zero positive review. This is a very unreliable and corporate location. It might inconvenience but make sure to call and speak to someone to verify they are actually open before, even if you're 10 minutes away on a weekday. It was bad enough when they were closed with their condescending note on the door, before they started being permanently closed Sundays. These are not green flags for a 5 star chiropractic office. There are plenty those nearby so be sure to check those out, because this Joint location will leave a client no pun, hanging. Zero stars."
"This location have been very rude to me on the phone and there have been multiple times where it was stated very clearly online and on the door that they were supposed to be open but they were not. Their only saving grace is Dr. Cartoon who is incredible at her job!"
"New patient just drove an hour to get to the joint in Redlands. Two doctors stood there and told me that they could not adjust me because their secretary didn’t show up today. I said I’m in pain you’re a doctor I will pay cash. They said we cannot treat you unless there’s a secretary here. What in the world have we come to? They gave me two other joints to try. I contacted one no answer contacted another no answer and it’s business hours."
"Not a big fan of this place the way they adjust you is painful I went in for an adjustment and the next day I had to call off work because I literally couldn't get out of bed. I couldn't walk, bend over, or even wipe. They didn't even say "on the count of three" or the standard "breathe in ...breath out" and then Do the adjustment when you breathe out they just pushed down against you and hurt you."
"Amazing experience. The interior has such a clean aesthetic! Chantel was so sweet and really helpful. She made me feel very at ease before seeing the chiropractor. I was in and out in 20 minutes as a first time patient. Prices are pretty affordable. Can't get any better than that lol. Thanks again Chantel for being so kind to me!"
