"We love this dental office so much, can’t say enough great things about them! Have been going here every 6 months for 3 years now for our daughter including for a surgical procedure—high quality professional care, all staff are so personable, darling beautiful fun office, they treat your child like they’re the most wonderful person in the world. Our daughter LOVES going to the dentist and it’s all because of the efforts Dr. Jen, Dr. Heather & the staff make to ensure that their patients (and the parents) feel comfortable! "I absolutely love this place. We have been going here since my son was 6 months he is now 4. The environment is very welcoming, calm, and speaks to a child’s imagination. My son is extremely shy and takes a while to warm up to people. But with the calmness and the theme of the office gets his mind in a fun place. The openness of the office I think is great. You don’t have to wait in a lobby and walk through doors (as a child that can be scary). The whole staff is very patient and kind and willing to go slow and explain what they are going to do. My son has seen both Dr. Heather and Dr. Jen and both are exceptional and speak to him, engage and listen. Highly recommend this place. I can truly say my son leaves with a beautiful smile."

"I cannot believe how mean this dentist and hygienist were when my son had a tooth extracted. If you're being referred here and are questioning, go somewhere else. I do not ever give bad reviews but my 4 year old really suffered from this visit. We were referred by my sons General dentist, who doesn't do extractions. He sent us to Dr. Hoffman but she wasn't available so we saw Dr. Heather. Our consult was AMAZING. She was great with my son, mind blowing, he loved it, and the cherry gloves. When we arrived for his extraction it went much differently. As soon she started giving the numbing shot, he felt it. And they continued. I should have stopped her but it was pretty fast, and I was trusting in her. No child should feel mouth pain and have to suffer through it. She would not stop. 3 injections and he was still screaming in pain and she continued and pulled it. After she pulled it, she and her hygienist told my son he was not getting up to leave until he stopped crying because there were other kids in there. A 4 year old shouldn't be concerned about other kids after something traumatic like that. My son is such a good boy, he has never had a bad dental experience, he has had fillings and crowns done and never felt anything. He was on laughing gas here and he was completely aware and felt everything! If you come in for your consultation and see kids upset scared or crying, don't be like me and think it's just the kid who doesn't like the dentist. I'm very disgusted by this visit and outcome and will be making a complaint with the dental association. No pediatric dentist should ever treat a child the way my son was treated. I cannot speak for Dr. Hoffman but it is all the same if she let's her helper dentist behave like she did. Cindy was the only person who I can say cares about the children. She's the receptionist. Horrible service Dr. Heather, I hope my son can heal from this experience."

"I have been taking my daughter here since she was 5. She’s 14 now and absolutely still loves Dr Hoffer. We honestly feel like family there. She’s very gentle and very animated with her patients. My daughter still says she’s feels like she’s at Disneyland and she’s a princess. This is the place you want to take your kids of all ages!!"
