They consistently go above and beyond to make sure the property is well-maintained, safe and secure, and that tenants are satisfied with their living experience. "I have lived at MLofts for 4.5 years and enjoyed my stay. The open hallway and patio are kept clean, the neighbours are typically relaxed and quiet and the property management (Sascha and Jackie) are helpful. Loved the high ceilings and finished concrete floor of the apartment itself. Would recommend to others."

"BEWARE!! The leasing agents at MLofts are the worst. They blatantly make false promises and never live upto them. Sascha Breaux especially misbehaves with potential tenants and was very rude to us. At first being in contact with Jackie Marcos (present on site), we were transferred over to sascha for no good reason. We had set terms during our conversations very clearly with both jackie and sashca over our rent and move in dates. But after we paid the application fee, these terms were not honored and were constantly changed with unnecessary back and forth communication. Their behavior was totally unacceptable and we withdrew our application. They didn't even have the decency to return the application fee. Suggestion - avoid coming here at all and look at other better properties, or else take every single thing promised to you in writing. These people aren't trustworthy."

"I really love these apartments and have lived here for almost a year now. Great amenities like high ceilings, outdoor hallways, plenty of closet/storage space, always clean hallways/outside areas, and a nice little gym that can be accessed from the lobby. The feel of the apartment community is similar to that of a grad school college dorm except many residents are actual young professionals although some look like they do attend college. The apartment prices are a little pricey compared to other apartment communities in the area but M Lofts is newer so I guess it is justified. I only have a few complaints like the fact that you can't have more than one parking space per apartment, you have to pay a 10% penalty if you forget to pay your rent within the first 5 days of the month, there is no pool, and sometimes you can hear the people in the apartment above you moving around at night. The managers are great and will even help you get acquainted with your neighbors if you ask. My boyfriend and I were actually lucky enough to be placed next door to one of the managers, Peyton, who has repeatedly gone out of his way to help whenever there is a concern even when he is off the clock. I can honestly say he was the reason we became friends with many of our neighbors and I am sure many others can say the same. If you are looking for a smaller sized, cozy and modern apartment with many of the amenities you could wish for then you will really enjoy MLofts."

"I lived at MLofts in 2015. The building and apartments are beautiful. The outside areas are great. All questions and maintenance requests are addressed immediately. The property and leasing managers, Julie and Peyton, are amazing and extremely helpful. Peyton was a tremendous help from first contact. The location is central to access all of LA and the immediate area has everything. I highly recommend MLofts."
