"I frequent this 7/11 often. Normally it's an okay experience but there is something I noticed that's quite off-putting. The price on the PRIME drink bottles are higher than any other store. It's almost $5 a bottle whereas any other store that's not 7/11 has it around $3 after-tax. The price of the full pizza is also higher than any other 7/11 store I've visited around California. That being said, what compelled me to write this is, today I went to the store and asked the employee for three slices of pizza with a big bite. But while I telling the employee what I'd like, she was conversing with someone else obstructed from view behind the counter. She wasn't acknowledging me whatsoever. This alone obviously was bothering enough, call me crazy but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to acknowledge the customer. This is not the first time though, the cashier's normally don't acknowledge me for whatever reason. But she must have a.) really ignored me or b.) didn't hear me due to her apparently more important conversation, because she only gave me two slices and the big bite, completely forgetting the third slice. While being slightly ignored is the usual, them messing up is not. I didn't say anything at the time because it's a just a slice of pizza, I'm not going to be a Karen about it. But I will leave a review with my grievances with the hopes someone from the store will read this and hopefully try to make change."

"Says it is open 24 hours but it's not. Been there many times early Morning and it has been closed. This morning went by at 3:45 am closed. All three in Gilroy was closed, yet on the website it says open 24/7. They do not care to fix the little easy details like posting their daily store hours accurately, They should update their site and post on the door their normal business hours. Most 7/11's pride themselves to be open 24/7, but not this one, they are closer to being open 7 am to 11 pm. Please have the courtesy to your customers and update your site and post a sign in your window of your daily business hours."

"This is the best 7-11 store ever. Clean, well stocked, and good staff—especially the weekday am staff. I stop there to get muffins on my way to work more often than I should because it’s always a good experience."

"The mexicant lady tonight was out of line. She charged me for an xl Slurpee when I only got a large, and didnt believe me that an item I was buying was on sale , she made me walk to show her sign, and then argued that it was not on the picture. (Any flavor printed at bottom of add) in my frustration I swipped the wrong card in my hand, i meant to use my ebt, not the only 20 on my bank card. I tried to press cancel but it went thru. I told the lady what happend and she said she wouldnt refund it because it was too hard. I tried to explain that it was all the money I had and if I could have a number for her boss , she called me a bunch of dirty words infromt of costumers and said shed call the police if i didnt go. I said please do! Anyway, there is also mold all over that place and they are so gross and lazy. That store needs a whole new staff. How can I complain to the right person? I dont know how im gona get to my job interview this week with no gas money."
