"This is a busy location as its one of 2 major grocery stores in Gilroy. The other is Nob Hill and then there is a Mexican market Cardenas. This is a pretty good Safeway as its pretty clean and stocked dor the most part. Of course certain items on special may run out like most other grocery stores. The staff are always friendly."

"2018 Long lines and no management - unacceptable 2019 March totally different store. Upgraded with quality products, fresh organic vegetables, meats, fish, grains, desserts, wines and beers. I am loving Safeway again. Also, Sanjay, new manager seems to have a good head for good customer service. Organic section is awesome."
