"Went in for an annual cleaning on Jan 11th and after the procedure was done they informed me that they went out of network and to contact my insurance.Fast forward to today, I was informed the annual cleaning was not covered and now I owe $151.10. Called my insurance company, MetLife , to double check that annual checkups are not covered and they said that Jackman Dental does not use that insurance anymore!!!! If I knew that from the start I would have never done the cleaning!!! Been going there for years and that’s how they treat clients??? Not inform them and leave us with a cleaning procedure to pay for !!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!! They just lost a client and I’m sure they will be losing more !!!!!!!!"

"Been coming here for years. No notification of insurance network changes to the customer until after they have done dental service. therefore the customer ends up paying out of pocket. Beware of this dental firm. Check with insurance before hand."

"I had a cold sore and your female dentist wouldn’t see me. Or even help me with my broken tooth, which is cutting up my mouth. So, if a woman has a herpes outbreak, does that mean an OB/Gyn won’t see her? Your doctor is not a medical professional. She treated me like I had leprosy. Re-educate this woman how cold sores spread. Last modern research shows a cold sore doesn’t penetrate gloves!"
