"Made an appointment 2 months in advance to have a recall fixed and to have my steering wheel fixed. My appointment was at 1130am. I took the day off work (because it's my work truck) and dropped my truck off earlier at 1030am. Was told they would call me as soon as it was fixed that day. 6pm rolls around still no call. Call the service department and was told that they would call me back in 2 minutes. No call 30 minutes later. Called again and was told they didn't have time to fix the broken steering wheel and they would try again the next day. Absolutely ridiculous that there wasn't any communication!!!! I ended up having to go down that night to pick up my truck. Going to take it to McConnell Chevy in Healdsburg to have them fix."
