"No inside access. Drive thru only. But they don’t maintain their drive thru. Trees are hanging 2.5 feet lower than their “low access check point” When brought up, was met with “I dunno not my problem” vibes $90k truck has roof scratches now"
"I live close by so I come here quite often I usually get just a Carmel frap but if you’re looking to order anything else don’t waste your time. Every time I try to order some thing other than a caramel frappe they have the ingredients to make it not to mention I wait at least 20 minutes each time… today I wasn’t feeling good so I went to get a medicine ball. I waited in line about 20 minutes. Two cars in front of me must’ve been waiting longer because they left without their stuff once we got up to the window she told me my total took my money and we waited for another 1015 minutes at this time I was ready to leave but she had my money. She comes back a few minutes later and says sorry we don’t have the ingredients to make that and tries to close the window.. so I can have my money back. We waited another five minutes and she brings me back $4.25 my total was 5.25 so I asked her for my other dollar by then she looks quite annoyed with me.. what happened next? Yep, you guessed it. I waited another five minutes and then she only gave me $.90 instead of a dollar… I know it’s just $.10 but it was extremely unprofessional customer service is so poor. I’m never going to this location again…they need to just close this one down!"

"Great staff and coffee. However due to the homeless population nearby they don't really have a lobby. The electrical outlets aren't useable so not a place to work from."
"They were understaffed during busy morning period. The guy was very nice but forgot to put coffee in my drink!!! (Or at least a negligible amount) so by the time I left and tried my drink I realized I only had a babycino… (warm milk)"
