"I stopped by this morning and asked for a flat white which means no foam. She gave me a half foamed cup. Mistakes happen, so I asked her to have it remade and the result was very similar. The coffee is not cheap so i ask that the young lady making the drinks be retrained. 1100 U st, Fresno. Thank you"

"I came here after visiting my Dr. I was very distraught over my health due to tumor therapy, and the staff was so kind. I ordered 2 drinks, one was water with a spoonful of dried strawberries- usually charged as a tea-the manager chose to charge my coffee and gave me my water to take my medicine. "I went to your store and they decided to close early because the Assistant manager Julio gave permission to the manager that was on duty named Eva. I just wanted a drink made real quick. Not any food and the manager refused to serve me. If online, it says 11 PM you guys are supposed to close at 11PM. Not any time before and there wasn't a sign on the door saying that you guys are closing early today."
