"Worst Decision I've Ever Made While this apartment initially seemed promising, my experience has been less than ideal. The thin walls allowed me to unintentionally overhear my neighbors' arguments and intimate moments, prompting me to turn on the TV to shield my 6-year-old son from exposure. The plumbing issues persisted despite multiple complaints, leading me to take matters into my own hands for repairs. Although we were offered a supposedly remodeled unit, it became apparent that the improvements were merely cosmetic. The cabinets, with their worn knobs and hinges, showcased damage from previous tenants. The so-called "new" vinyl floor started peeling just three months after moving in. The apartment's gate was consistently broken, compromising security and resulting in incidents of non-residents gaining access, leading to vehicle break-ins. Assigned parking spots proved ineffective, as unauthorized vehicles frequently occupied them. Despite complaints to management, the response was limited to placing stickers on the offending vehicles. This became a major inconvenience, especially when returning home tired at 11 pm to find my designated parking taken, requiring me to park blocks away. The rent feels disproportionately high for the deteriorating conditions, making me question the value of residing in what seems like a neglected building. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options unless, of course, you find joy in the challenges of living in a housing debacle."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I lived here for about a year and my assigned parking was taken every other day and when brought to the attention of the manager they did nothing about it. I was pregnant and had to park on the street outside of the apartment complex and walk all the way to my apartment in the dark. The place was never cleaned and the trash bins were always full. When it came time for me to move out I paid my prorated rent amount and gave a 30 day notice. Three months later after I move out they email me with a ton of fees saying I owe them money!! I drove to the apartments to ask what I’m getting charged for and the lady I spoke to could not even tell me what the charges were. When I moved out I cleaned my apartment and left it just how I received it. I even have pictures and videos showing there were ZERO damages. I asked the lady at the front to have the manager call me when she got back from lunch to explain the charges. A few hours passed after I got home and still no call back.. I called the apartments and asked to speak to the manager and I was hung up on! I called back multiple times and they did not answer the phone! Once I finally got a hold of them again I asked for the manager just to be told that she was on the phone and would call me back and still I did not receive a call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Im getting charged around $400 for unexplained fees. I was told when I paid my prorated amount before moving out that I would not owe anything else! And when they did the walk thru WITH ME I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for anything and that my apartments looked good. When I asked the lady in the front for the walk thru showing that my apartment was good before I left she said they no longer had it. This is very unfair and unprofessional! I always paid rent on time or even before it was due! DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE CHARGED FOR A BUNCH OF UNEXPLAINED FEES!"

"Been here for a year now and they won’t fix anything in your apartment until 2 months. I’ve called several times and nothing. The front gates always broken and the trash dumpsters are always full to the max and pool is always closed. Owners will constantly threaten to take you to eviction. ( LIE ) so glad we’re leaving. They will also raise the rent and force you out."

"I’ve lived here for over 5 years now and this is the first time I write a review. There is a new management company and I have seen major improvements in just the last month they have been here. I would have never referred someone to live here before due to the poor management and lack of maintenance that I had seen but in just the short amount of time this new team has really been putting in the work. They, for one, manage to remove all the junk cars that had been sitting in the parking lot. They have FIXED THE GATE! It looked like it was crashed into and just never got replaced. Because the gates had been broken, I would see people digging thru the trash bins and some also sleeping under the overgrown bushes. The trash would never get picked up because it was always a mess and full of furniture people would throw in there. There’s a maintenance manager now and I can actually see them during the day working and actually getting things fixed. I don’t want to jinx things, but I feel like things are finally improving. This is a great location, good school district and easy access to take a drive up to Orange County. Hopefully, we can get the kids playground and pool areas to be cleaned up too and I’ll definitely be referring people."
