"My girlfriend and I came to Morro Bay to visit and my truck was having battery issues. We pulled in to the O’Reilly s parking lot and within 5 minutes Alberto had the issue figured out. He let me know that he and his brother could help me out after he got off work (9:00 pm). At 9:15 pm Alberto and his brother were there at our rental place to fix the issue! I am super appreciative and wish I had an Alberto in my home town!"
"I called this place on Sunday night when my battery died and left my wife and I stranded in Morro Bay. Kevin was very helpful in providing the different replacement options. After walking four blocks from the restaurant, he had the battery ready for me and told me he would credit me back when I brought back the old core.
