"Ample parking on the street with handicap access. Great gift, souvenier and clothing store. No pressure sale. Prices are reasonable. Jordyn the sales person was very helpful and patient to find an alternate for an item that was not avaiilable. Jordyn was very friendly, courteous. She made you feel welcomed."

"This is a terrible place to buy. I bought these cute pants but sadly they didn’t fit so i tried to take them back. They would not let me return them but would let me exchange them. The other pants did not have my size and mean to say they don’t have a dressing room to try them on so i had to buy them to try them on. she didn’t tell me that they don’t returns and the sign was way to small to see and is easily missed."

"No integrity in this business. A nationwide movement called kindness rocks was started. Random people paint rocks and hide them for others to find. It is a way to spread kindness and happiness. In this store a painted rock is being sold for $25. On the back it says Rock Visalia with Kindness. I am a member of RVK group. A well respected fellow member painted this rock and left it for someone to find. It was meant to spread love. It was not meant to be found and used as a way to make a monetary profit"
