"Avoid this chain business at all cost for your immigration medical examination. Yes, they are cheap. But their management and efficiency is terrible! They wasted 3 months on my case and always say they are "processing". But in the end they told me that they could not find the lab results I submitted long time ago! I cannot review on their other services, but their documentation management and immigration exam is the most terrible doctor I have ever seen."

"This is a terrible place with a terrible system. Firstly they charge you incorrectly, preventive tests are marked as diagnostics. Secondly, you are unable to get an appointment with the doctor for a follow up. So you are stuck. This place is complete waste of time. Please look for other physicians in the area."
"Terrible system! We don't have problem with Dr. Burkhead, but the whole system is a disaster. We were booked an appointment without any permission in Sept, called and canceled. This month we were booked another appointment, again, without our permission. No one replies email, on one answers phone call until dozens of calls. The front desk was very rude and completely unapologetic about it, hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation."
