"The environment here is clean and vibrant. Wall decor instantly attracted my kids. Staff are warm and welcoming, encouraging them throughout the process. They also offered kids a bunch of gifts, and took a picture and printed it out for us. Overhead TV definitely took away a lot of anxiety. My seven year old was watching too attentively that sometimes he would ignore instructions. My one year old had positive experience too. The doctor started singing songs right before she was about to cry and that definitely distracted her from being nervous. I can tell that both kids are looking forward to coming back."

Design:

"I guess I was not the only one who was surprised by the bill after they said I don't owe anything! I had really good insurance and this routine dental work should be covered anywhere I go. I had the same experience as everyone who left the review that the staff never picked a phone to explain why. On top of that, my son had four cavities after we moved to another dentist. I thought they just looked at my son's teeth..."

"Stay away from this shady business!!! The dentist and staff was great, but the centralized back office terrible. We had a visit for a standard cleaning for my son, shared our dental insurance and was told this visit would be covered my insurance. Later on I get hit with a text asking to pay a balance due. I'm thinking that our insurance should cover this visit, so I call the number to see why there is an outstanding balance. No one ever answers, you just get a stupid Wilson Philips song to "hold on..." There is an option for them to call you back, but they never call. Now I get texts all the time about the balance and every time I call they do not answer. They just want you to pay this random balance via their website so they would stop spamming you. I tried talking to the local dentist about it and they aren't able to help either. STAY AWAY!!!"
