"The facility is so calm and clean. The owner makes you feel very welcome and the sauna is easy to use. I was able to customize the temperature and relax with their Bluetooth speakers to a program I chose to watch on their TV. The lavender cool towel was the perfect way to reset once my session ended. I will definitely be back!"
"This was absolutely perfect after a pole class next door. It’s private, you can go nude, you can pick the media to listen to (or not if you like silence). There’s room to stretch in the private sauna space. The owner offers you a cold, lavender towel as well as water if you need. She also provides you with towels. The space is minimalist and perfect for when you need to be in a low stimulation environment."
"Super talented teachers and wonderful management with unmatched professionalism. I've taken most of the classes here and enjoyed every single one of them (shout out to the slow flow sensual classes which really helped unlock a new side of my dance persona!). My special requests and accommodations for classes and sauna have been met graciously every time. The studio and sauna are always super clean and smell inexplicably great. Support this business!!!"
