"I was quite impressed with the thorough cleaning and care I received from the team at Ingleside Dental. As a new client, I never spent 1.5hrs at a dental office before unless it was procedure related. All the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in and did not waste my time sitting around, waiting to be seen. In all my years of experiences with dental, never have I once received such exceptional care from the dentists. Dr. Park was very funny and explained everything thoroughly given my current situation. I did not feel pressured to get work done and he seemed to really care to get to know his clients. The dentist I spent the most time with for about an hour for teeth exam and cleaning was Dr. Betty Lee. She was extremely bubbly, throughly and did not miss anything including possible plaque, black dots, or tartar on my teeth. She even noticed a chip on the surface of one of my tooth that was a possible fracture when I had teeth cleaning from my previous dental office at San Bruno Smile. Yes, one of the dentists there rushed my teeth cleaning (finished in 10mins) and a part of my tooth actually chipped off. Dr. Lee also did my teeth cleaning by herself and with the softest touch ever! She was amazing! My husband was also a new client to them this week and he was so thankful we found such a great dental office. Even if we had to pay a bit more for their dental office, we gladly would because this team seemed to be confident and know what they were doing! Highly recommend this place! Also, they applied chapstick (prior to cleaning) and gave us each a dental kit: two toothbrushes, two toothpastes, and floss after our cleaning! That was the most generous gift we ever received from a dental office! They also use the orthodontic 3-D exam machine to look at our teeth! Super high tech and clean! So glad my sister referred us to Dr. Park’s dental office!"

"I have been looking for a new dentist for years and kept having to switch every single time but after coming to Ingleside Dental, I'm pretty sure I have found my "home". Huge thank you to the team for fitting in my appointment because mines was the very last of the day when everyone was supposed to be going home already. Very sorry guys but also, huge appreciation to you all. Appointment Booking: April and Richard handled setting my appointment when I first reached out to them through email. They were quick with their replies and was able to get an appointment very quickly. This was really important to me because I was leaving the country soon and wanted to get everything done before I left. Appointment: Arriving at the office I was welcomed in warmly by Richard and in less than 5-10 minutes, Ming gave me a quick tour of the whole office before sitting me down for my cleaning. Ming handled my x-ray and made my experience very nice. I had good conversation with him while he took care of my x-rays efficiently. Dr. Tammy handled my cleaning and she was very thorough and quick but not rushed. She also made my experience very pleasant and had good conversation with her as well. Closing thoughts: Everything was well balanced, as all things should be. There wasn't too much conversation that would interrupt the job/work but enough where it just made it a warm experience. I am looking forward to coming back to Ingleside Dental for my next appointment as everyone from front of house to back of house made my experience very nice and welcoming. Thank you!"

"My previous dentists have not been great. So I Googled dentists in my area. Ingleside Dental had a 5-star rating on 560 reviews. So I figured, why not? I came in with high expectations and they absolutely delivered. Dr. Betty was amazing - great technique and fantastic bedside manner. I've never had a medical or dental professional be so engaged and thoughtful. She constantly checked in with me during the procedure and even applied lip balm several times to me. I also received a follow-up text from her checking in to make sure I was ok. Just amazing. And the staff were all very friendly and engaged. This office has so much positive energy, you feel better just walking in the door. I will absolutely be back and telling all my friends about Dr. Betty and Ingleside Dental."

"I've been to several dental offices throughout my life, and I must say this dental office is the best I've been to - in terms of cleanliness, team, structure, and organization. I've had the opportunity to work with Dr. Betty Lee for a dental cleaning and a dental procedure, and she was by far the most gentle. She made sure I understood what was happening (including information about why things were the way they were) and that I was comfortable. Overall, I felt cared for and comfortable during my time with her and the team here. 100% recommend this office."
