"Brand new HVAC unit needs 10 service calls in two years. Despite our friendly interactions with the service team, our Darkin HVAC unit, purchased in spring 2022, has required maintenance on over ten occasions in the past two years. The situation became especially challenging when tenants left mid-lease due to the system failing four consecutive times during a deployment. Even upon our return, issues persist, with three service calls in the last two months. While the service has been courteous, our primary concern remains the consistent functionality of the unit."
