It took a bit of back and forth to get an appointment made since his schedule seemed booked out - but in exchange for not being able to make it over immediately he suggested some solutions over the phone that I could try on my own to try and fix my cars issue. I wasn't successful with the suggestions and he eventually came over within a few days to my house and helped resolve the issue himself. "I was in search of a mechanic and found Cesar via a local Facebook group, he was very responsive and was able to look at my car right away which I was impressed with. I explained to him what was going on with my car and reiterated a few times that my car kept waking up with a discharged battery despite having a new battery and I had gotten the alternator tested a few times and was told the alternator was fine. Cesar insisted that it was the alternator that kept draining the battery, I was hesitant because I had already been told twice by two different people that the alternator was fine and it could be something electrical. Whatever, I went ahead and agreed to let him change out my alternator and perform the work - my car was fine for 2 weeks and then BAM it dies again. I contacted Cesar to let him know there was still something wrong with the car he agreed to take a second look, I followed up with him the day we agreed for and he kept pushing out the date and stating he was “busy” which I understand but was bothered by the lack of follow up and aftercare service he kept giving me the runaround every time I would call him to ask when he was going to look at my car because obviously the issue was not fixed my car was doing the exact same thing. I was very upset and let him know I did not think it was the alternator to begin with and he said I needed to stop going against him because he showed me proof (granted I don’t know anything about cars) i kept asking for an ETA of when he could look at my car and he was not able to give me one saying it could take “days” anyway I took my car to a shop and right away they let me know it was an electrical leak. Disappointed that I paid for a new alternator when I didn’t need one"
