"This is my comfort food. Reserved chef's table. It is all inclusive and also includes wine or cocktail pairing and coffee/tea. They also allow the other restaurant guest to enter the kitchen and meet the chef. This is an experience I would do again and is in my top 5 restaurant and since 2 of those no longer exist, it is in my top 3."

"Visiting from NY and made a point to visit this as I've never had been to a Michelin restaurant that was Mexican based. It was delicious!! The purity of each ingredient stood out like I've never tasted before. The corn in the tortillas. The tomatillo layered with avocado. Charred onion. Heightened flavors. Mexican wines are new to me as well and some were outstanding. Some fine. I will say the whites/oranges were served too cold but that's common. I let them warm up. Wonderful. Service was outstanding!! Definitely will return."

"Wow. You have to experience it for yourself to understand. We came here for an anniversary and it was a very special experience from start to finish. The ambiance, the attention to detail, the personalized care all comes together to make you feel like you truly have entered an elevated restaurant. Each dish is very unique in terms of flavor, mouth feel, texture, and visual appeal. What you see is not always what you get ;) The chef and front of house staff should be very proud with the experience they provide to everyone. Yes it is expensive, but 100% worth it."

"Mexican food is extremely labor intensive and definitely should not be expected to be cheap. This kind of restaurant might be intimidating for some, but you have to give it a chance- Experience it - to GET IT. Valle is harboring memories of great food and incredible service ,It focuses on Mexican cuisine flavored and traditions while being more than willing to adapt to new ingredients and flavors. Valle is one of the most stunning food we’ve had, absolutely love seeing high quality dishes designed and served with love and humility, no air of arrogance, just respect. Generally people seldom talk about the quantity of food they received, people always remembered the feel-good feeling they experienced and not how much their bill was at the end of the night, after all we went there to enjoy a cuisine I could not replicate at home, It’s a great way to spend a few hours living a fantasy life! Kudos to Chef Roberto who showed up and introduced himself and Mike as our waiter for that night they went above and beyond. It’s a proud moment to everyone."

"Good ambiance. The host was very friendly, informative and precise. The food was was great. I think this place does make mexican food taste even more elevated than the usual flavors. One fun thing dining here is that it did feel like you were in a different country, not San Diego. The conversations were longer, the experience was fun and interesting to say the least."
