We called the store because this was outrageous. We spoke to the manager, Ethan, he was very responsive, courteous, and was able to resolve our issue swiftly. This delivery was the absolute worse we have ever had with papa johns. The only reason this is getting two stars is because Ethan was able to resolve our issue promptly."
