"Contacted this vendor to do a flooring repair in the kitchen. Antonio is very reliable and nice guy. He charge me way below the prevailing prices. I aske also to hanged the bathroom door and he do it quickly for free. I highly recommend this guy .He know what his doing."

"Tried to rip us off every step along the way. I originally messaged him on his site message form for a sink replacement. he messaged back asking a picture of the faucet and i sent him pictures of the entire box including sink and faucet. when he got here he only would do the faucet and more than doubled his estimate for the sink... so miscommunication, no problem i give a different faucet which i had stored away and agreed to only get that changed for 150. he agreed and started the change. a little bit later he tells me that the new one doesn't extended far enough down to grab onto it from the bottom and he would need a different new faucet. worst part he would now charge 250 instead. (note he already previously agreed to come back a second time to do the outlets so this extra charge was not for a second trip to the house) i agreed to pay him 125 for taking out the old faucet and the other 125 when he installs the new one... and shortly after he left I installed the new myself as it turned out to be really easy. there was plenty of faucet base to get the ring on from the bottom. basically he tried to change up the costs and stop work and ask for more money at every step along the way. overall, i felt he was just pushy, not willing to admit any mistakes on communication, not negotiating his price at all when he chose to stop work.... i dont understand all the previous 5 star reviews, i would stay away!"
