The development has been master leased to People Co, LLC, a subsidiary of The People Concern, a non-profit organization that provides essential services to homeless individuals and other vulnerable populations. Tenants pay rent based on their income, with subsidies available for those who qualify. The People Concern provides wraparound services to help clients maintain stable housing, including case management, medical care, mental health support, and substance abuse services.
