The UC Davis Tahoe City Field Station, located at 2400 Lake Forest Road in Tahoe City, California, is home to the Eriksson Education Center. The center features the Tahoe City Demonstration Garden and offers innovative exhibits on the uniqueness of Lake Tahoe and the scientific efforts to restore and protect it for future generations. Free, self-guided tours are available daily during the summer months, allowing visitors to explore the demonstration gardens and learn about ongoing research and conservation efforts. Guided tours can also be arranged by appointment. The Field Station is part of the UC Davis Tahoe Environmental Research Center, which also has laboratories and offices in Incline Village, Nevada, and administrative offices in Davis, California.
