"Don’t waste your time and drive for a tour because you will get there and nobody will answer you. I had an appointment at 10 AM I went there and the leasing office was closed after they gave me the appointment and reserved me a place for a tour couple days ago, I also received a confirmation email for the appointment date and time. I got there, I called the leasing office number as well as the property management number and nobody answered me. The most unprofessional leasing process I have ever experienced. Never again for this apartment complex! Very upset!"

"If you were thinking about applying for a unit at this location do yourself a favor and don’t! I got a tour with one of the units with Tara! We spoke briefly that day throughout the tour and I did explain to her that my credit wasn’t so great and it was something I was working on. She continued to tell me that there was other options as far as adding a roommate or a cosigner. When we went back to her office she assured me that if I didn’t get approved with my application of loan there are a additional options. Since I submitted my application which was $50, I have not heard from Tara. I’ve just been getting the runaround and I found out I was denied because I kept calling. I was just told I was denied they send me over the paper as to why. But I never got a chance to go over my denied application with anyone. They keep ignoring me ignoring my emails I’ve asked to speak with their superior and I am not getting any calls. They are still ignoring my emails but they were quick to tell me to submit an application. What a scam! Do not waste your time"

"Don't move here unless you have to. Rent has recently gone up by hundreds, but there hasn't been any renovations or improvements. It doesn't include a fridge or anything. There is no management here right now- everyone keeps quitting and there's been 3 new staff turnovers in a year. Another location under this management company has no staff, either. Some apartments have cockroach infestations ongoing. I have had hot water be shut off by mistake for several days. The actual apartments are pretty nice and simple, and the maintenance staff do their best- but they just keep leaving. When I rented it at first, it was pretty good value. At the rents they're asking for now, just go somewhere else."

"Move in was horrible, the apt was not ready and dirty. Turnover in mgt says alot and the tolerance for drug use here is sad. A lot of favoritism, as the rules dont apply to everyone!"

"I moved from LA to Anaheim and I'm glad we rented here. Manager and maintenance guy are not only very personal ppl but they get things done. Its a quiet and comfortable place to live and I'm not planning on going anywhere."
