"Do Not. I repeat, DO NOT go into this apartment complex. Specially with the managing company they are run by. The place is decently nice but the company will screw you over any way the can. Including your deposit and if they dont like you they will sure find reason enough to keep you out. They have no sympathy nor care to put you into the streets with your whole family even if you dont have another place to go. We lived there for almost 4 years. Paid our dues and didnt bother anyone. We went into the complex being 3 tenants. Over time i had 2 more children and were kicked out because of it starting with a text notice (ofcourse, we asked for further legal documentation). Mind you there were also several other families living in the apartments for YEARS and not to mention with older children (more likely taken in like that) since we were there nobody else was asked to leave but im sure by now the company is trying to get rid of them. I will also mention that aside from being kicked out due to my FAMILIAL STATUS (DISCRIMINATION) they do it for financial gain without any prior notification/courtesy notification, at least, for any changes. Even on a timely notice before giving you the actual legal notification. Now the place is being run by a different manager but she seems to run with the company, as far as cheating you of your deposit and careless. There is soo much i can say about this place and the management while living there but its too much. You are better off residing at a different place with a different managing company."
