"The maintenance crew (James and Angel) have really skyrocketed my experience at Konrad on the Park. Their tenacity and desire to assist and see a project through is absolutely amazing. As a resident of Konrad, I cant even imagine how my time without them would be. They react to service calls with incredible speed, are extremely kind, and all around do amazing work. "This review is specific to Angel and James (the dynamic maintenance duo everyone seems to boast about, and for good reason). They're the kindest humans and manage a large number of units with expertise, grace, and poise. When I moved in a year ago, the management was... not good, to say the least. The new management is SO much better. The location: 3/5 stars. Super close to Hayes valley, not far from a Whole foods - but generally I feel unsafe leaving the apartment at night, and many of my friends have noted active drug deals and car breaks in as they enter and exit my building at all times of day."
"Absolutely great! I've been working with Martina from day 1 and she's super communicative and responsive to any questions, before the move in and after I've lived here. Among all the other apartments I've lived before, Martina and Elizabeth are the nicest, kindest and most honest management I've worked with. - Gym is still building but love the Peloton in the current temporary gym. - Amazing view to the park if you are facing the west. - Most beautiful kitchen and bathroom that you can ever ask for. - Parking is a bit tight but it's pretty standard in the city. It's a great place to live that you know you can always trust the management."
