Fudo Shin Tai Aikido is a health institution located at 365 North Main Street, Corona, California, United States. Our mission is to provide high-quality aikido training that is street effective, helping students achieve their goals of physical fitness, self-defense skills, and personal growth. Classes for the 12-week Winter Session begin on January 24, 2024, with options for youth and adult classes at various skill levels. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all students, offering personalized attention and guidance to help each individual reach their full potential. Our programs include aikido, jiu-jitsu, and traditional weapons training, designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while teaching valuable self-defense skills. Founded in 2001 by Dr. Thomas Van Cise and Terry McCarthy, Fudo Shin Tai Aikido carries on a lineage of martial arts teachings dating back to the influences of Augusto Lodi and Morihei Ueshiba. We are proud to have been affiliated with the City of Corona Parks and Recreation Department since 1966, continuing to provide affordable and effective training for the community for over 50 years.
