β ClosedHowe Ave Park Off Leash Dog Park is a part of the Richard T Conzelmann Community Center located at 2201 Cottage Way in Sacramento, California. This park is the first dog park constructed in the Greater Sacramento area, offering spacious running areas for dogs to socialize and play. In addition to the dog park, the facility features amenities such as playgrounds, softball diamonds, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, picnic tables, a creek, pond with fishing piers, gazebo, restrooms, and a 1-mile walking path. Bounce houses are allowed in designated areas with a paid permit from the District office. The Fulton - El Camino Recreation and Park District is committed to providing accessible facilities and communication channels for all members of the public, including an accessible website that complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and commercial screen reading software. Regular scans are conducted to ensure ongoing compliance with accessibility standards. Feedback is welcomed, and any accessibility issues are addressed promptly.

Cardosa Village Apartments
β OpenCardosa Village Apartments is a community located at 5710 66th Avenue in Sacramento, California. Co-sponsored by Transitional Living and Community Support, Inc., Cardosa Village offers housing for individuals with psychiatric disabilities and their families. The complex features twenty-one one, two, and three-bedroom apartments set in a Colonial-style setting on 1.7 acres of land. Residents have access to landscaped walkways, a tot lot, a picnic area, and a community room for educational and recreational activities. Transitional Living and Community Support, Inc. provides a range of support services to residents, including information and referral, independent living skills training, and community support services. The community actively participates in RHF's Project H.A.N.D.S. program. Rent at Cardosa Village is income-based, with residents paying approximately 30% of their income as rent. The remainder is subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Pets are welcome with certain restrictions and a pet deposit. Residents have access to parking, laundry facilities, and a monthly calendar of activities. A city bus and light rail line are conveniently located nearby for transportation.
