Garin Regional Park is a beautiful park located at 1320 Garin Avenue in Hayward, California, United States. This park is a popular tourist attraction with a variety of trails, open spaces, and historical sites to explore. The park is open from 8am to 9pm during the summer months and offers a Visitor Center open on Saturdays from June 18th through Labor Day. The park also hosts an annual Apple Festival event in September. The park encompasses over 5,800 acres of open space and more than 35 miles of trails with panoramic views of the Bay Area. Garin and Dry Creek Pioneer Regional Parks are two adjoining parks that were once 19th Century ranches. The Park District has preserved the history of the parks while expanding them with ecologically and historically significant ridges, trails, and open spaces.
