"I absolutely love this hospital. I have went here for myself and my child and I have never received better care anywhere else. The receptionist are always so nice and efficient, and the doctors and nurses care about you and listen to you. They don't let you leave feeling okay, you leave welhen you feel great. Everyone is so sweet and so kind an caring. ♥️ Unless I have to go to emergency, this hospital is my go-to for urgent care."

"Just wow. The worst experience as far as billing/coding is concerned. If you want to be ripped off even for things which are covered by your insurance go here. If you would like to be charged extra at no hassle to you go here. Visiting a lactation consultation does not fall under lactation code ??? According to their expert opinion it would never fall under lactation. Save your self the headache and go to another hospital this is not a place where logic and reasoning works."

"For COVID Testing: Arrived at 8am on Dec. 29 in the drive-thru line, no appointment (appointments right now are only available about 5 days in advance). It took about 2.5 hours to get through and get tested. When Monica (nurse) arrived, she was very friendly and I even remarked that I had to do ANOTHER test that weekend due to an international flight. She helped me get an appointment (which you can only do if you talk to someone personally). I was pretty impressed, but the wait is really long (when I left there were cars out into the street and I imagine close to a 4h wait)."

"HORRRIBLE SERVICE put my family into a panic over a false positive covid test a few weeks before our first family trip out of california ever. The doctors were extremely unhelpful in trying to figure out what was wrong with me, they tested me twice on things that had already been negative and refused to test for anything new. They then told me it was covid which made no sense im fully vaxinated and wear my mask literally everywhere. My family and i got tested as a whole the very next day in oakland and all of us came back negative myself included. Will not be returning and would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy extremely dissatisfied with your service"

"Zero stars for being greedy! Please do not use this facility if you need urgent care services and you're expecting anything close to reasonable charges. They charge you in two parts: 1) for using the facility (walking in and getting your pressure checked!) 2) for the nurse and Dr separately.. Did I mention they charge as a EMERGENCY CLINIC even though the location is very clearly marketed/ branded as an Urgent care. The Nurse and Dr belong to another facility/ group that happens to be 'out-of-network' for most insurances. You will ONLY learn about this after the Claim settlement 'farce'. Why one star: The Dr. was very professional ( 5 minutes spent -- for $500 PLUS!!!). I will never, in my life, go to this location plus will ensure that my network stays away too... Can't stand practices like 'Upcoding' and 'scare' tactics... almost an insult to one's intelligence :("
