"Just got home from my massage with Stephanie and am finally feeling some relief from muscle pain in my shoulders, neck, and arm. I spend a lot of time on the computer for my job. I let my body get so tight that it got to the point where I could barely move my upper body and was not sleeping very well due to the pain. Stephanie is a miracle worker! She massaged out not one, but three large knots from my shoulder and brought me some long-coveted relief. She talked with me before my massage regarding my trouble areas, communicated effectively throughout my massage to make sure pressure was good, was kind yet professional, and overall did a fabulous job.
