"Highly recommend this place. Dr. Lau is very caring and knowledgeable. You will not regret with Dr. Lau. I am so satisfied to find this place. She took time to check my son's issue, which was not just a cold. It was an ear infection (fever did not go away for more than 4 days. Tylenol worked for only 3.5 hours, but fever came back after that. My son was in pain after that 3.5 hours of active Tylenol. He even woke up during sleep at night and suffered in pain). I went to another pediatric (American Pediatrics-Eastvale) first due to the fastest appointment available. However, they could not find out the issue. The Dr did not check my son properly. I waited to see MD (confirmed to see MD during appointment). However, MD sent the PA first, and PA could not find out the issue so MD came in. He just asked some general questions and decided it was just a cold. and this Dr did not even give my son any medication and said, "Wait for 2~3 days more and come back if he does not get better." So yes, waste time and money ($120). I'm not going back there. So I had to find another place and the appointment was available sooner than I thought. And It was the right choice. She did great job caring my son (checked all the things necessary and even the flu test just in case of possibility but thankfully it was not) and explained everything of what's going on, how the medication will effect, and just in case of side effects/what to do. The medication worked faster than expected, which worked right away that night. My son felt so much better that night. Thank you Dr.Lau. I will definitely go back for any needs. Highly recommend. Dr Lau deserves to be title true, Doctor."

"My 3 week old had a cold & Dr. Chang was able to accommodate us on the same day. I’ve had 3 office visits now & all have been great! The staff is friendly & helpful. Service is expedient - have not had to wait more than 10 min upon arrival. Since the birth of my daughter, Dr. Chang & his staff has followed up closely with any concerns that may have risen. Most importantly, Dr. Chang has a natural approach with his patients, very engaged. He is extremely thorough & knowledgeable, not to mention patient with all our questions. My husband & I are truly happy to have him as our Pediatrician!"
