"I went today to have an abscess drained..the female NP refused to do it ..my feelings that she isn't competent enough for the job but anyways she said she will ask them to refund me and go to ER after i asked her what are you billing my insurance for then if i wont get seen & you even dont want to prescribe me an antibiotic for my ear infection...5 mins later the manager came to me with couple of papers to sign...I asked her what am I signing she says this is your discharge & we aren't refunding you I told her i havent receivedany service...this sounds like insurance fraud to me ! I didn't sign and left sad because the office and setup is nice but the competence & professionalism was missing unfortunately!"

"I'm truly puzzled by how someone can work in urgent care yet act inhumanely, displaying hatred for their job by treating patients poorly. The entire staff at this facility is rude. Imagine, I asked the nurse if I had a high fever, and she rudely replied, "I can’t check your fever because you’re wearing eyeglasses; just ask me to take them off." The doctor, or whoever this person is, talks to you briefly then returns to chat and laugh with the staff."

"Please do not ever take your kids here they do not prioritize pediatrics I waited here for two hours with the whole business empty they kept claiming that there was patients in front of me but all the rooms were empty and nobody came to see us I started to get very impatient towards the end of two hours because my two-year-old daughter was uncomfortable and freezing and we were tired of being there and all I was getting was that the doctor would be there and then to finish it off when I finally got the courage to ask hey did you guys forget about us the nurse practitioner said with a very big attitude I’ll help you shortly I had to leave because the Care there is not very good and I hadn’t seen anybody leave but there was four people in front of me when I got there and I wasn’t trying to spend the rest ofMy afternoon there next time I’ll go to Riverside community Hospital or Ironstone urgent care they are much better and faster don’t waste your time with these people because they don’t do their jobs they sit around on their phones and they are very disrespectful. I could not believe the response I got from their nurse practitioner. Oh yeah I don’t think you’re gonna see a doctor here because they don’t have one."
