"I am a long time resident of Chula Vista. I probably passed this place a thousand times and did not notice. I finally got a chance to be a customer 2016 and have visited at least 10 times since. If you need plumbing supplies, you must give this place a try. Unlike a big box store, you will be greeted and assisted in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent and pricing very fair. I have purchased copper fittings, abs fittings, shower parts and a few others. Yesterday, I only needed bathroom sink washers. I was greeted and assisted within 2 minutes. The washers were only $.35 cents apiece. There was no up sell of any kind. Just friendly kind customer service from an outstanding family owned business."
"I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!"
