"First and foremost I have to apologize because this review is a couple months overdue! I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service and overall support. I brought my 10 year old RAV 4 here thinking that it might be done for, and left with a brand new car. Maggie was so understanding, kind, and always took the time to explain to me what parts were needed for what and always tried to find the best price for me. Overall, I am so grateful to her and her whole staff for the amazing work they did on my RAV 4. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to go hunting for an honest and trustworthy mechanic if my RAV 4 ever needs service again. I will definitely be coming back here from now on for any other check-ups and routine service my car needs. Miriam gives estimates on time of completion and she makes sure the car is finished by that time so I can always go about my day without worrying. "I had an exceptional experience at this shop. The front desk scheduled me in within a matter of minutes, when I was in a rush. On top of that, they got my vehicle in and out within the hour for an oil change. I was treated very well and they took the time to even delve deeper into my engine to make sure I didn’t have any other underlying problems. When they found that my air and engine filters were extremely dirty and unchanged even after multiple oil changes from other garages: this shop was the first one to let me know how congested those filters were. Great service! Thanks to the whole staff for their attention to detail and support."
